Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment in real time through the carrier’s tracking system.
Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 to 72 hours after shipment, depending on the logistics provider.

Catclub is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided by the customer.
